Description

We are a leading home services provider, and due to our continued growth we are looking for a knowledgeable and reliable individual to serve as a Customer Retention Specialist. You will be responsible for maintaining our long standing customer base for oil customers, selling service contracts, budget programs, etc. If you are looking for a career and not just a job, look no further! Responsibilities:

You will develop client relationships and use your communication and active listening skills to provide customers with exceptional service. Your specific duties in this role will include:

-Follow up and close company generated leads either by phone or in the field. Help maintain our loyal customer base.

-Work as a team with the Inside Sales call center to maximize close rate and new customer acquisition

-Work closely with delivery and service teams to ensure new customer satisfaction

-Manage the Move in Move out (MIMO) process using the MIMO tracker to achieve company budgeted close rates for home retention

-Use effective networking through groups and associations as well as customer referrals to generate additional leads

-Sell heating oil, service contracts and other home services

-Provide equipment leads to Residential Equipment Specialists

-Utilize CRM to manage the business

Qualifications


Requirements:

As a Customer Retention Specialist you must be knowledgeable, conversational, pleasant and professional. You must possess the ability to function equally well in both a team environment and as a leader. You must also be highly detail-oriented and focused with an adaptable nature. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with customers.

-HS Diploma or Equivalent; college degree a plus

-1 years of Sales experience preferred

-Demonstrates character, integrity and ethical values

-Understands all sales processes and manages the business accordingly
