```Overview```
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.

```Duties```
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Document patient care activities and communicate any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse

```Requirements```
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance (if required)
- Must be able to pass a background check
