The Director of Investment Operations role will lead the operational needs of our Freedom Wealth Advisors, a Private Wealth Management firm.. Responsibilities include working with clients through the account opening process, assisting with transfer of assets, trading on the advisory and brokerage platforms, monitoring investment accounts on an ongoing basis, and leading a team of investment and insurance operation staff. The Director of Investment Operations Associate will frequently interact with clients, and thus communication skills with an ability to provide a white glove service is a must.

This role will require the individual to maintain an in-depth understanding of market conditions, trends, and overall economic outlook. This individual will be expected to ensure compliance with Northwestern Mutual and industry rules regarding investor disclosures, privacy laws, anti-money laundering requirements and anti-fraud measurements.

Qualifications:

• 5 Years Experience or more
• Investment Licenses: SIE, Series 7, and 66/63
• Iowa Life an Health License needed or willingness to acquire.
