Are you ready to make a significant impact on customers' financial well-being? Join Utah First Credit Union's vibrant team at our American Fork, Utah branch as a 40-hours-a-week Teller / Loan Processor .

We're on the lookout for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping customers navigate their financial journey.

Branch hours for this role are between 8 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM Mon-Fri and 9 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM rotating Saturdays.

A Day in the Life of a Teller / Loan Processor

As a Teller / Loan Processor , you'll be at the forefront of providing personalized service to our customers. Your responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting with loan applications, promoting credit union products, and exceeding monthly loan production targets.

You will interact with customers in-person and over the phone, delivering exceptional experiences that ensure your success.

Teller / Loan Processor Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, minimum age : 18, previous experience in customer service and financial services, knowledge of consumer lending practices, strong proficiency in cash handling.
