Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaping Supervisor to join our Landscaping team. As a Supervisor, you will ensure that your designated employees are working in a timely manner with care and respect for each job. The Supervisor also coordinates the procurement and scheduled use of resources such as labor, equipment and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work within safety guidelines and quality standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires manual labor and the ability to work in various weather conditions
Duties:
- Perform general landscaping duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of landscaping sites
-Drive from office to work site
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping and supervising or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
-Experience with hauling a trailer is preferred
-MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND ZERO LICENSE SUSPENSIONS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS IN ORDER TO DRIVE OUR VEHICLES.
