Position Summary
This position will be responsible for following appropriate FCIC regulatory and company rules and
procedures. Ensure that claims are handled in an effective and efficient manner. Provide customer
service to agents by knowing the processing procedures and guidelines. Also, be cooperative in
working with the field staff for efficient claims processing. Review and approve adjuster loss
paperwork.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide claim support and resolve day to day claim issues for insureds.
- Process and Resolve claims, accurately and effectively.
- Verify claims and follow state/ government guidelines.
- Verify information is accurate and that payments can be correctly processed.
- Maintain detailed, compliant, and accurate documentation of all claim processes.
- Assist in special projects and other cross-department duties, as necessary.
- Attend annual adjuster training and other trainings when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education Requirements
- High School or GED required. Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience of insurance processing
- Knowledge of the crop or general Insurance Industry.
- Experience with preventative planting and/or crop hail is a plus.
The home office is located in Amarillo, TX. If the applicant lives within 50 miles of the office, the position will be in office. If applicant resides more than 50 miles from the home office, the position will be remote.
