Position Summary
This position will be responsible for following appropriate FCIC regulatory and company rules and
procedures. Ensure that claims are handled in an effective and efficient manner. Provide customer
service to agents by knowing the processing procedures and guidelines. Also, be cooperative in
working with the field staff for efficient claims processing. Review and approve adjuster loss
paperwork.

The home office is located in Amarillo, TX. If the applicant lives within 50 miles of the office, the position will be in office. If applicant resides more than 50 miles from the home office, the position will be remote.
