Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to the success of our store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining a neat and organized sales floor
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of retail math concepts, such as calculating discounts, margins, and percentages
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish or other multilingual skills is a plus
- Experience in technical sales or knowledge of technical products is desirable
