**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and property management, ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.

**Duties:**

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants

- Assist applicants with the leasing process and application completion

- Maintain accurate and updated leasing records

- Collaborate with property management to ensure timely rent collection

- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in property management software for lease tracking and documentation

- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 housing guidelines

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive tenant relationships

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Understanding of lease contracts and legal administrative procedures

- Ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues effectively

- Experience in Affordable Housing such as LIHTC programs is a plus
