Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care and a strong understanding of behavior management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and transportation.
- Implement individualized care plans to support the physical and emotional well-being of each person.
- Monitor and document individual progress and behaviors.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Ability to drive individuals to appointments and activities.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and basic medical procedures.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.
