Job Title: Powersports Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on powersports vehicles.
- Conduct electrical wiring installations and repairs.
- Handle motors and ensure their proper functioning.
- Utilize strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License.
- Previous experience in powersports maintenance and repair.
- Proficient in working with electrical wiring.
- Familiarity with motors and their components.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Trade school or apprenticeship in mechanics or related field is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
