Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Perform water, fire, and mold damage inspections following IICRC guidelines.
  • Communicate with property owners, showing empathy for their loss.
  • Provide a detailed explanation of damages to restoration crews, customers, and insurance carriers.
  • Maintain efficient and accurate flow of job documents, notes, photos, and videos into project files. 
  • Train and educate crew members, share best practices, and promote job site efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have a high school diploma/GED equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years managing construction or restoration projects. 
  • After-hours work is required from time to time.
