How you make a difference

As a Clinical Team Leader, you'll play a vital role within the leadership team, overseeing the delivery of quality care and supervising mental health clinicians across different disciplines. Your responsibilities include managing and guiding the clinical team to ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and accreditation standards for documentation and service delivery, thereby maintaining high standards of care and professionalism within the organization. With a focus on effective leadership and adherence to regulatory requirements, you'll contribute to the overall success and excellence of the clinical services provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Offers clinical and administrative supervision to a team of mental health professionals, guiding them in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans and behavior modification strategies.
• Conducts individual and group therapy sessions, crisis interventions, and other necessary services to support clients' mental health needs effectively.
• Reviews clinical documentation to ensure compliance with program policies, legal standards, and accreditation requirements, maintaining high-quality care and adherence to professional standards.
• Plays a key role in hiring, training, and managing team members, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment conducive to professional growth and development.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of mental health services delivery within the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in a mental health related field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology) required.

Experience

• Two (2) years of experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a mental health setting or clearly demonstrated leadership and organizational skills

Licenses/Certifications

• Licensed or license-eligible in appropriate discipline. Supervisory credential where required by law.
