Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides direct care to patients using the nursing process. This includes ongoing assessment of the total patient. The RN provides interventions to treat the presenting symptoms and evaluates the effect of nursing interventions and patient's responses. The RN functions as a team leader/member and resource to others. The RN delegates, oversees and provides direction to support staff. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to establish goals and outcomes for each patient. The RN is responsible for

meeting the needs of all types of patients.

Facility Specific Requirement: Cannot accept local candidates that live within 50 miles of the facility.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• This position will require floating between Alma, Mount Pleasant and Clare locations
• 2 Years of Experience - Required

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Michigan

ABOUT THE FACILITY
The Emergency Department provides evaluation and treatment for patients of all ages and varying illnesses and injuries from minor to critical. The department offers 20 private patient rooms and two trauma rooms. A stroke robot is available to assist in early intervention after diagnosis of a stroke.
