Brand new high-end apartment complex in Allston is hiring a skilled Leasing Manager to join their team! This individual will play a key role for this new complex and handle everything from sales and marketing to events and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic people person with a proven track record in successfully leasing properties.
Responsibilities will include:
- Advertising available properties
- Conducting tours for perspective tenants
- Processing tenant applications
- Negotiating lease agreements
- Managing tenant relationships
- Maintaining property records
- Staying up to date with real estate laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- 2 years of residential leasing experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft office and property management software
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
