STS HomeHealth Care Services LLC is Hiring a Home Health Aide Near Alliance, OH

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personalized care to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities and ensure the overall well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Perform errands and provide transportation to appointments
- Engage clients in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being

Experience:
- Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
- Familiarity with memory care and working with individuals with cognitive impairments
- Proficiency in using medical documentation systems
- Cooking skills are a plus
