Pomeroy is Hiring a System Administrator Near Allentown, PA
We are currently seeking a System Administrator in Allentown, PA for a 12 month contract with potential to extend. The System Administrator will provide excellent service and meet client needs while offering effective technological solutions to the organization with a focus on Active Directory and M365 Administration.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (Hybrid)
General Function:
- Maintains, and troubleshoots required client software and hardware
- Perform standard break-fix triage for software issues on end user systems.
- Software support utilizing Windows Operating Systems.
- Networking and connection issues.
- Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365 platforms
- Support incoming service requests in a timely manner and follow set up procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring desktop operations.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- Work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and EntraID/SSO
- Experience with Office 365 administration
- Experience with Exchange online and general email troubleshooting
- Work well both independently and in team settings
- Organization and multitasking skills
Preferred Knowledge:
- with Tanium
- with PKI/Certificates/Digicert
- with Teams Conferencing
