Litigation Attorney
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all phases of litigation from the initial case assessment through trial and appeal. As a Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in civil litigation matters and provide legal advice on a variety of issues.
Duties:
- Conduct legal research using
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and staff to develop case strategies
- Handle cases involving personal injury law, estate planning, and law
- Provide legal administrative support as needed
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Proven experience in litigation and trial advocacy
- Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
