We are looking to add a full-time, bilingual personal lines associate to our team in our Alexandria, VA location. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, goal-oriented and a dedicated individual who is looking to join a fast-paced environment.

• Meeting monthly sales quotas set by management
• Engage with potential customers, clients and insurance carriers
• Interact with underwriters as needed
• Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs
• Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage where needed
• Maintain confidentiality while completing all customer policy paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

Skills :

• Property and Casualty License
• 3 years of industry experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types :
