What we can offer you :

• Convenient Store Hours : Monday - Friday, 9AM to 5 : 30PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 1PM( Saturday Availability Required )
• Competitive pay starting at $18.00 / hour, depending on experience and location

The primary duties of a Retail Sales Associate are :

• Consistently up-sell / cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals
• Plan domestic travel vacations (car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books and, triptiks)
• Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes
• Assist with tag and title transactions

Minimum Qualifications :

• Have a high school diploma / GED
• Minimum of six (6) months of sales / customer service experience
• Have effective communication skills both written and oral
• Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs
• Ability to read maps and geography knowledge a plus
• Notary Public designation or the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Notary Public designation with six (6) months of employment
• Must maintain a satisfactory criminal history, as well as meet all state-specific legal requirements for this job.
• Ability to successfully complete all required training workshops provided for Title Service Agents.
• Ability to obtain necessary Membership license or others as required to perform the essential functions of the position.
