Title: Technical Support Representative I

Reports to: Technical Support Manager

General Description

Provide technical support to users of SACS Housing Software.

· Windows, SACS Housing Software, Microsoft Office installation

· SACS Housing Software technical support calls

· Must be able to travel to customer sites as needed.

· Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Skills and Qualifications

· Associates degree in a computer related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience accepted.

· Must demonstrate effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

· Candidate must be able to work with others to achieve corporate goals.

· Must be able to document work flow details.

· Must be able to interpret and convey detailed technical solutions to customers.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
