We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping clients with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Duties:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up living spaces
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings
- Engage in conversation and provide emotional support to clients
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
