Responsibilities:
- Perform professional lawn care services including, but not limited to fertilizer, weed control, pest control, and aeration
- Provide amazing customer service to existing and potential customers
- Have clear and knowledgeable communications with existing and potential customers
- Perform analyses of lawns such as identifying problems, and relaying any results and/or recommendations
- Properly and safely handle and maintain equipment
- Properly and safely handle, mix, transport, and apply chemical products when applicable
- Complete assigned daily work, and any associated paperwork
- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work 8-10 hours per day, including some Saturdays during peak season
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout an 8–10-hour work day
- Ability to work in various weather conditions 8-10-hours a day
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to accept criticism on all aspects of your duties
