This job posting is for a Physical Therapist position in Albany, Oregon. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing safe and effective Physical Therapy services by implementing appropriate evaluation, treatment, and education designed to meet the identified needs and functional goals of the patient. The Physical Therapist will work with patients who have acute and chronic injuries or limitations that are neuro/musculo/skeletal in nature and have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. The Physical Therapist will need to have a current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license, Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification, and be able to travel to multiple points of care. The Physical Therapist will need to have strong business writing skills, effective communication skills, and be able to work well on a multi-disciplinary team.
