We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of operational processes. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations at a high level, leading a team of shift supervisors, and maintaining professional communication with client higher-ups. This role requires great business acumen, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to step in for the Account Manager when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of shift supervisors, ensuring smooth operations and high performance standards.
- Client Communication: Correspond with client higher-ups in person and in writing, representing our company professionally and effectively.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee site operations at a strategic level, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Emergency Response: Be available to take calls and respond to emergencies at the site during off-hours, demonstrating a quick and effective decision-making ability.
- Scheduling and Payroll: Ensure schedules are correct and payroll submissions are complete and accurate on a weekly basis.
- Performance Management: Provide corrective counseling for officers and supervisors when needed, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a security or operations-related field.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of effectively managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- High level of business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to make sound decisions that align with company goals.
- Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of scheduling software and payroll processes is a plus.
Salary: $25/hr
