Responsibilities Of Accounts Receivable Supervisor
- Serve as a subject matter expert for AR processes, controls, and systems, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Manage and distribute workloads, monitor performance, and develop expectations for the AR team.
- Perform regular account balance reviews, bad debt reserve calculations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze policies and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and assist with system upgrades and special projects.
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
- Utilize data analytical skills and technology to enhance job responsibilities.
- 5 years of AR experience, preferably in management/leadership
- Excellent customer service, communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI is preferred
