- Consulting with stakeholders to understand business goals.
- Planning and conducting user research, as well as explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing user models and scenarios
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
- Creating and iterating on prototypes
- Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback and activity and iterating to improve the user experience.
- Assisting with content development
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Specialist.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in UI/UX design on full life cycle of design deliverables (wireframes, mockups, journeymaps, prototypes, story boards, user surveys).
- Two (2) or more years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
- Experience with User research, user modeling and usability testing.
- Experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human-computer interaction or design related field.
