Requirements :

• Holda valid Class A license and be at least 21 yearsold
• Maintain a clean driving record with no DUIincidents within the last 10 years (for CDLA holders) or within 5years (for nonCDLA holders)
• Demonstrate limitedpreventable accidents and moving violations within specifiedtimeframes
• Pass a DOT physical and drug testwithout any drugrelated convictions in the last 5years
