Alfredo Holdings is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Albany, GA
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Assist in all aspects of maintenance for the apartment community.
Adheres to company policies and procedures.
Troubleshooting and repair of all mechinical systems, service requests and reporting potential liability concers or safety hazards.
Assist with planning and execution of all preventive maintenance programs such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and safety systems.
Assist maintenance team to complete apartment make ready process.
Ensure the knowledge of, and enforcement of, company safety policies.Ideal candidate will be EPA certified. Must have own tools and transportation!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
