We are currently seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our team in Triangle, VA.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide Government Property (GP) management support by assisting the customer with oversight of the accountability of acquisition property offering advice related to the implementation of internal controls, policies, procedures, and processes for financial reporting of government property and the procedural compliance of property furnished to external agencies.
  • Provide open dialogue among stakeholders as applicable to reconciling courses of Responsible for Cost, Schedule, & Performance on the contract, relays requirements from the Team and ensures requirements are met.
  • Provides leadership, skills training opportunities, and mentors teammates monitoring their performance.
  • Reviews, inspects, and analyzes work products and deliverables ensuring timely and quality results.
  • Provide analytical support and feedback to the Director and Branch heads by assisting in scheduled reviews validating activities conducted by both the Government customer and contracted personnel.
  • Prepare/update Division level briefing materials in preparation for meetings/conferences and training sessions.
  • Oversee the recurring financial audit reporting and audit tasking requesting responses providing direct assistance as required to ensure compliance with auditing requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: BS degree in business or equivalent experience in related field
  • 5-years of related progressive professional work experience in Logistic analytics, Marine supply system processes, financial and property accountability systems
  • Must be proficient in MS suite; specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) system, Defense Property Accountability System DPAS), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Electronic Document Access (EDA), Item Unique Identification (IUID), Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS),Federal Logistics Information System Web Inquiry (WEBFLIS), and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), and Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2).
  • Government Furnished Property (GFP) accountability experience.
  • Working knowledge of acquisition transactional documents such as DD Form 250, WAWF-Receiving Report, DD Form 1348 (Issue Release/Receipt Document), DD Form 200 (Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss), and DD Form 1149 (Requisition and Invoice/Shipping Document)
  • Presentations delivered to senior leadership.
