Job Overview:

American Process Management (APM) is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. APM is a project management and data analytics company supporting large scale industrial capital projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion in total cost.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage entrance and exit of all trucking operations.
• Maintain trucking logs at entry and exit for invoice verification.
• Perform final inspection for trucks leaving the site:
• Coordinate receiving of materials by working with SCS buyers, invoice reconcilers, coordinators/leads, external supplies, SCS Site Team Management, and site contractors including large deliveries and diesel/DEF/Gasoline deliveries.
• Collection, review, and management of all Bills of Laden, Manifests, Receiving documents, weigh bills, and other documentation related to shipments and delivery.
• Support and coordination with Site Invoice Reconciler and Admin Team.
• Assist with project records, ensuring records are stored according to appropriate retention periods.
• Management of Beneficial Use Validation Spreadsheet for all Beneficial Use shipments by truck and rail.
• Management of Hauler Log documenting approved and banned truck drivers.
