Overview:

The Clinical Director is responsible for the day-to-day clinical operation and oversight of the Center. The management spectrum covers planning, organizing, delegating, coordinating, staff utilization, resource allocation, cost controls, and compliance.

Duties:

- Coordinate and supervise all activities within the operating room
- Oversee surgical procedures to ensure adherence to protocols and safety measures
- Manage operating room staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain inventory of surgical supplies and equipment
- Implement and enforce infection control policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse with experience in procedures and/or operating room, PACU, or Pre-Admission in a endoscopic or surgical setting. Prefer one year of management experience in ambulatory care.

REQUIRED LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION:

A current license from the State. Current BCLS certification
