Hourly Wage : $14.30, with potential to make 20 a hour by meeting certain numbers.

Job Description :

Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Inspect and package products to meet quality standards.
• Assist fellow team members by transporting materials to and from work stations.
• Perform light maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the plant, including housekeeping duties both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous factory work experience preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Must have a valid drivers licenese

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good vision, corrected if necessary.

Benefits :

• Additional shift premium pay for 2nd or 3rd shift work.
• Weekly pay, subject to standard withholdings.
• Overtime paid at time and one-half.

Schedule :

Full-time position, 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
