Ramapo Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is Rockland County's foremost sub acute care and long-term nursing center. Situated on six lush, landscaped acres, Ramapo Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing offers the finest in comfort, care and healing. The Rehabilitation Pavilion is the largest sub acute community in the country, offering state of the art rehabilitation seven days a week in a unique spa -like setting.

We are in search of qualified candidates to fill open LPN positions we currently have available on a PT basis.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties Include:

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide nursing care sufficient to meet the nursing needs of the residents in accordance with our established policies, nursing procedures in accordance with NYS office of the professions, and to direct nursing assistants assigned to your unit in their performance of providing daily care to the residents.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;

• Medication Administration, including IVs.

• Taking and recording vital signs.

• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.

• Provide resident and family education.

• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.

• Supervising CNAs

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements/Qualifications:

• 1 year LTC experience
• Current NYS LPN license

 Salary Range - $32.23 an hour (Union scale)

Shift: All shifts available & 1 weekend per month. Must be available on call as needed
