Reports To : General Sales Manager
As a reservationist you will support the Sales team in creating memories and fun for special outings and events at the park.
You’ll assist our sales team in getting the t’s crossed and the i’s dotted; you’ll ensure our clients receive the attention they need;
and you’ll successfully communicate with park teams so events run smoothly. The reservationist helps bring the mission of Six Flags to life for thousands of park guests each year!

EXPERIENCE
Park experience and detailed knowledge of park functions preferred, but not required. Telemarketing experience helpful. Computer skills required.

Must possess above average communication and interpersonal skills. Must react well in stressful and emergency situations.

Requires long hours standing, or continuous sitting, bending, eye / hand coordination, near vision, hearing, and speech.
Requires frequent kneeling, manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and color definition. Requires good vision with near and far acuity.
Requires using telephones, radios, and computer equipment. Requires the ability to move and work in different workstations, hand and arm movement.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Continuously works inside and closely with others. Primarily works alone; is exposed to dust, dirt, and water. Must be able to function in all weather conditions.
