WHAT WE’LL NEED | The Brand Manager reports directly to the company's Director of Brand Marketing. It is an important role within the marketing department, having 1-2 direct reports, supporting a network of 2,200 restaurants, and helping to lead short-term strategic initiatives that will help grow the business and the brand. The Brand Manager drives business results by leading components of the marketing plan and is responsible for the alignment with the cross-functional teams and external vendors to execute projects with excellence. The key to success will be to support the creation of marketing strategies and programs that drive industry-leading growth, lead agency teams to award-winning creative, support the implementation of clear processes and plans of action to drive alignment, and to lead cross-functional teams to flawless execution. |
