Here is what you will need: 

• 7 years of increasing leadership responsibility in IT Infrastructure Management.
• 5 years of network engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Proven experience IT Infrastructure Management
• Strong technical knowledge of networking, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
• Expertise in data center disaster recovery and business continuity architecture
• Experience leading Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud migrations initiatives.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity measures and risk management related to data center and cloud platforms.
• Strong abilities in relationship management amongst peers, team members, and within all levels of the organization.
• Experienced in motivating, inspiring, and supporting teams, leaders, and management to successfully achieve their regional and departmental objectives.
• Thorough knowledge of general principles of budget, ITIL, project management, Information Security, and IT processes.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.

A Day in the Life of a Manager, IT Infrastructure:

• Understands, promotes, and demonstrates the Solis Way
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the IT infrastructure, aligning it with business goals.
• Managing center level IT support SLAs and analyzing operations and staff performance.
• Assess current infrastructure needs and plan for future growth and scalability.
• Ensuring all processes are compliant with the relevant information security, and technical standards of operations.
• Observing existing staff and operations and developing strategies for improved time management and expense efficiencies.

• Ensure availability of necessary application systems to support new center business and existing center operational needs.
• Work with third-party teams and vendors to ensure service level, process, and quality adherence.
• Provide monthly accurate management reporting on IT Service performance as it relates to new Center Delivery efforts.
• Owner of the IT Field Operations playbook, ensuring predicable performance in processes, reporting and service delivery activities.
• Champion IT Field Operation in project status meetings to effectively manage transition to operations.
• Drive third-party service delivery meetings to periodically review vendor and managed services performance.

Leadership

• Provide management to team by communicating vision, strategies, and objectives.
• Oversee and mentor IT professionals, including network, telephony, and system administrators.
  Oversee the deployment and successful execution of multiple simultaneous center delivery projects.
• Augment the ability to manage a matrixed team of IT resources across internal IT groups and vendors.

Research and Analysis

• Stay well-informed of best practices in the IT service delivery with an emphasis on deployment and automation. Evaluate any new and emerging practices with recommendation to leadership for adoption as needed.
