We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. The successful candidate will lead efforts to continuously improve quality performance, drive process optimization, and foster a culture of quality excellence within the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards or relevant industry regulations.
  • Lead and manage the quality team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to quality standards and objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to monitor compliance with quality procedures, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective/preventive actions as necessary.
  • Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to evaluate performance, identify root causes of issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives, define specifications, and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to address quality concerns, provide technical support, and ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting quality management, and implement relevant updates and improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, TQM, SPC, FMEA, RCA).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable results in quality performance.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing quality-related projects/initiatives.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to upholding ethical standards.
