Mendes Law Group is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Abington, MA

Small but busy Immigration Law Firm seeking for a Bilingual Legal Receptionist. Office Experience is a MUST and some immigration experience is a major advantage but not necessary. MUST SPEAK PORTUGUESE & SPANISH.

Language: Portuguese a MUST, Spanish preferable as well.

Primary job requirements:

Extremely personable in person and on the phone; Ability to work with Gmail Calendar; Scheduling and maintaining Calendars; Ability to MULTI TASK and Strong computer skills is a must.

Job Duties:

Answering Telephone; Scheduling Appointments; Follow Up with Clients; Scanning, Filing, entering payments and assisting Paralegal.

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience:

  • Organizational Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Legal Secretarial Experience: 1-2 year (Preferred)
  • Computer Skills: 1-2 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Bachelor's (Preferred) and/or Associate's Degree

Language:

  • Portuguese (Required)
