We are currently seeking to hire new members to our sales team. The person we’re looking for will be self-managed, willing to make cold calls, is organized, self-motivated, results-oriented, has good phone skills and will enjoy helping local businesses grow. We make an impact!
The person chosen for this position will be required to prospect for new business, analyze the needs of these prospects and develop advertising campaigns that will help those businesses to reach their goals. Once a business becomes a client, the salesperson services them and continues to work with them as needs change.
Responsibilities:
This is an outside sales position
Identify and prospect potential customers
Follow up with prospects through our tools, technologies and lists
Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients for needs analysis meetings
Create campaigns and ads based in client’s needs and deliver and present these campaigns
Close deals for the company and maintain relationships with customers by great follow up and service after the sale
Update client databases internally and maintain a personal log of your contacts and clients
Hit minimum monthly and annual productivity and sales goals
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal skills
Computer savvy and capable of learning other computer applications
Reliable transportation
Benefits:
Base plus commission
Accrued time off 16 days per year
Free Sales training and mentorship support provided
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
Job type: Full-time
Pay: base plus commission
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30a-5:30p. Some time required outside the normal hours to participate in events, remotes or as needed to service clients.
