**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and possess a strong understanding of leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.

**Duties:**

- Manage all aspects of assigned properties

- Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet company standards

- Handle leasing inquiries, applications, and renewals

- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants

- Enforce lease agreements and resolve tenant disputes

- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs

- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants

**Experience:**

- Proficiency in property management software

- Strong phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills

- Knowledge of lease agreements, contracts, and Fair Housing regulations

- Experience with conflict management and resolution

- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus

- Ability to use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems

- Real estate experience is preferred(license required)
