Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated LPN/Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a strong skill set in medication administration, medical-surgical care, and working with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate nursing care in a home care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including pediatric and senior care
- Perform laboratory tests and analyze results
- Assist with IV infusion therapy
- Document patient medical information accurately and timely

Job Types: Contract, Travel nursing

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
