As a Residential Supervisor, you create a secure and caring environment by implementing facility policies, collaborating closely with staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance. #YouAreLSS

HOURS : Full-time position, evening shifts.Sunday through Thursday, 3 pm to 11 pm.Includes weekends and holidays. Requires rotating on-call shifts.

SALARY : Dependent on experience and qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide supervision and support for youth in group care. A qualified applicant will provide direct client care, maintain / model appropriate boundaries, and teach applicable coping and problem-solving skills.

Assess client’s needs, and assist them with appropriate services, support, decisions, and plans. Coordinate appropriate resources and community referrals.

Provide follow-up counseling as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or social science field or two years of post-secondary education (60 semester credits) plus one year of experience working with children and / or adolescents in a group care setting.

Supervisory experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
