The Clinical Supervisor leads the counseling team and provides supervision to all counselors, counselor assistants, and interns. The Clinical Supervisor facilitates Clinical Meetings and participates in interdisciplinary team.

- Provides supervision, leadership, and clinical guidance to counseling team.
- Works closely with the Executive Director and Medical Director and counselors to ensure clients receive the highest quality care.
- Acts as a mentor and coach to help counselors develop their clinical skills.
- Works with the Director of Clinical Services to monitor the quality of clinical services and implement best clinical practices to meet the needs of the community.
- At least 5 years of experience in the substance abuse and mental health field
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or similar mental health field
- Proficient in the use of personal computers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Successful completion of State required background check and required training.
