Job Title: Residential Architect

Location: Austin, TX

Summary:

We are looking for a Residential Architect. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of creating architectural plans from the start to end of a residential rebuild project, as well as having a deep knowledge of Austin residential rules, City of Austin building ordnance's for residential, City of Austin permitting processes, architectural Texas laws, rules, and requirements for residential in Texas, knowledge of impervious cover, second story height requirements for residential, the McKnotten law in for the zip code 78704 is also essential.

Must be willing to work by the hour, and be able to create electrical and plumbing plans.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare architectural designs for a variety of projects, including new builds, remodels, and additions.

• Work with clients to understand their needs and develop plans that meet those needs.

Comply with all applicable Austin Texas residential

building codes and regulations. • Collaborate with other professionals on the project team.

Required:

• Proof of experience portfolio

• Must be a licensed architect in Texas
