Onin Staffing is Hiring a Warehouse/Forklift Near Aurora, CO
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team for the 1st shift. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, product quality, and service while performing various warehouse tasks. Forklift experience is necessary for this position.
- Location: Aurora 80011
- Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Temp to hire
- Compensation: $19.50, with a pay raise upon transitioning to permanent employment.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiently operate material handling equipment including pallet rider, order picker, fork truck, reach truck, or dock stocker.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on material handling equipment.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Attach proper identification on shipments for correct delivery address.
- Conduct inventory stock counts during physical inventory processes.
- Utilize warehouse management system scanners proficiently.
- Practice 5S principles to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong team player with the willingness to work in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in operating all facility material handling equipment, including forklifts.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work safely.
- Willingness to lift up to 60 lbs. throughout the shift and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Proficient in using computer systems and programs.
