Founded in 1967, and nestled in the Appalachian foothills of Anniston, Alabama, (located between Atlanta and Birmingham) Camp Lee has been facilitating the best in retreats and camping for over 50 years. With more than 300 acres of wooded land, Camp Lee provides a variety of outdoor experiences including a climbing wall, two zip lines, three lakes, a variety of watercraft, a swimming pool, a full frisbee golf course, three gaga pits, environmental education, and more. 

Camp Lee seeks a visionary leader that is ready to take this camp to the next level of excellence. The Camp Director will possess a strong ability to raise community awareness and clearly articulate the vision for Camp Lee, and must have the ability to inspire others to engage with Camp Lee’s mission. The candidate will have at least seven (7) years of camp or non-profit leadership experience, with at least five (5) years in a managerial role. This position is provided on-site, private housing.
