Well established Southern California based auto glass company who has been in business since 1983, seeking a qualified Fleet Account Representative.
We are looking for a success-driven candidate who can:
- drive sales volume
- expand existing accounts
- identify growth opportunities
- develop customer relationships
Eligible candidate ability includes:
- excellent communication skills
- computer proficient
- organized, multitasker
- self motivated
- strong phone and face to face communication skills
- develop selling strategies, including Toastmasters
- ongoing sales training
- Compensation is commission based, with an initial base salary of $70,000 per year, company car, $500 contribution towards the health plan and a simple IRA.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience required.
- Vacation time: 5 days per year plus all major public holidays. for the first 3 years and then 10 days per year thereafter.
- Applicants must reside in Southern California and the expectation is to be on the road seeing customers 4 days a week.
- Hours 7:30-4:30 with an hour break during the day
- Candidate will report to the National Sales Manager
