Houston's fastest growing Commercial / Residential Real Estate Agency is now hiring for Acquisition Specialists!

Your role would include research and skiptracing, cold calling, contacting, meeting and negotiating with residential property owners and placing these properties under contract for us and our clients to buy.

In addition to competitive pay, you will be armed with the very best real estate analytical and sales skills so that you can effectively and confidently negotiate the purchase of any residential property. This education is worth millions!

This role heavily relies on your success in negotiating deals so sales, phone and interpersonal skills are a must! This position is full-time from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday in our office in Downtown Houston. You will sometimes be needed in the field so reliable transportation is a must.

Base rate: $600 payable per week, weekly/monthly cash bonuses, plus 10% commission for every contract we close! On average, we are signing 8-12 contracts per month.
