Job Title: Automotive Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary: The Automotive Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for acquiring Pre-Owned inventory for the dealership through various channels, including social media outlets, service drive customers, and private sellers. This role requires a great personality and someone that can talk to anyone. Negotiation skills are a plus but can also be taught, and the ability to build relationships with current and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Source Pre-Owned vehicles through social media, service drive, and private sellers- Negotiate pricing customers to secure competitive deals- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the automotive industry- Build and maintain relationships. Monitor market conditions and adjust acquisition strategies as needed, this skill set will be straight forward with training and coaching to ensure success. We have a program that makes this very simple and exciting to learn.
Qualifications:- This is very simple as we are not looking for someone that has experience here. You need to posses a great attitude with positive energy and enjoy talking to new people. Being prompt daily and ready to work to achieve our daily goals.
