Position : Marketer
Salary : $85,000-$100,000 / year
Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Facility Marketer.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-up, both in-person and via telephone.
- Identify and develop partnerships with community organizations, hospitals, physicians, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent Seagate at various community events, deliver presentations on aging and healthcare, and enhance our facility's presence.
- Keep a pulse on community perceptions and actively manage our facility's position in the market.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with professionals who influence healthcare decisions, including social service departments, insurance carriers, HMOs, and more.
- Ensure smooth admission processes by coordinating transportation, obtaining necessary paperwork, and communicating with residents, families, and staff.
- Assist residents and families in adjusting to their new environment, providing support and education about facility policies and services.
- Follow up with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction with our services and address any concerns.
Qualifications :
- Previous marketing experience
- Experience in long-term care
- Russian-speaking preferable
